In the modern times money being the only factor to be marked as being successful. Humans have started to undermine the value & power sleep. Many of the business men and women have tried to work around sleeping and have noticed considerable reduction in productivity and decision making skills. It Improves your Memory :- When I was a student, my grandmother during my examinations used to always tell me that a person who have had late sleeping habit during examinations tend to be more forgetful. They happen to know it but it doesn’t come out right during the examination. So sleeping well helps our memory.

B. Makes you Productive :- As a research paper claims “Sleeping on time & having at least 6-8 hours of sleep per night can increase the human productivity by 30-35% compared to the ones who slept lesser than 6 hours”

C.Lifts your Mood:- Generation of Happy Hormones happen if you follow you body clock in the right manner.

D. Makes you Alert:- Sleep insufficiency is linked to motor vehicle crashes, industrial disasters, medical and other occupational hazards.

E.Reduces Stress:- Stress is a by product of the work culture. By sleeping well you reduce the stress considerably.

F.Very Good For Heart & Blood Pressure

G Makes you Creative – Ever wake up with a great idea? REM sleep (Rapid Eye Moments), which typically starts 70 to 90 minutes after you fall asleep, activates parts of your brain associated with imagery and dreaming. A nap with REM sleep can help you combine ideas in new ways to come up with answers.
